MASCULINITY IN TRANSITION
This collection is based on the history, on a woman with masculine features, called virago in the Italian Renaissance and a manly woman in the Spanish drama. The collection transmits this prototype of a masculine woman.
The concept of pattern design is based on male tailoring. The garments are made in blends of cotton, viscose and wool, with leather in the accessories. The character of the garments highlights the contrast between soft and stiffer fabrics. Colors include black, gray, white and a yellow fostor tone.
The aim of these creations is basically to affirm the androgynous tendency.
